A 6 Class Qi Gong & Energy Management Series for Men

Through Qi Gong (an internal martial art), discussion, and simple & practical energy training, you’ll learn how to:

Increase focus, clarity, and presence

Dr. Laura Chan, a Naturopathic Doctor, Acupuncturist and Qi Gong instructor is passionate about helping people live their most vital and fulfilled lives. Qi Gong is a powerful practice that helps to increase and balance your internal energy (Qi). Traditionally, Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese energy medicine practice and martial art combining breathing, movement, and meditation. The term “qi” (also written as “chi”) means “vital energy of the body” and “gong” means the skill and achievement cultivated through movement and practice. No experience or athleticism required, this class is accessible to all fitness levels and health conditions.
Your body is always communicating with you through an ancient intelligence that many of us are taught to ignore or override. Learning qi gong with me will help you better understand and utilize the wisdom of your body and energy field. In this series, we will learn simple and accessible exercises that are especially applicable to men’s health and men’s needs. Shift your energy, shift your life!
Class 1, May 4: Build Energy
Stop leaking energy. Start generating it.
Learn foundational practices to increase vitality and reduce internal stress
Class 2, May 11: Ground & Anchor
Stabilize your energy for better sleep, focus, and consistency.
Develop practical tools to enhance and ground your energy.
Class 3, May 18: Clear Internal Stress
Move stuck energy and release pressure without suppression or overreaction.
Transform stress, anger, and frustration into usable fuel. Learn simple outlets used by Qi Gong masters.
Class 4, June 1: Sexual Energy = Power
Learn to work with sexual energy (life force energy) as a source of vitality, focus, and direction.
Shift from depletion or distraction to intentional use.
Class 5, June 8: Stabilize & Protect
Strengthen your system so you’re not absorbing stress from everything around you.
Build resilience, boundaries, and energetic integrity.
Class 6 (Optional), June 15: Integration & Presence
Bring it all together.
